GREATNESS

I hate to be bad, it feels less. I hate to be good, it is less than great! I hate to be very good, still less than great! I hate to be at any position but GREAT!
Then, I heard a soft voice “These all are the way to greatness! Only people who kept going will be great!”
The way to greatness to be too bad, bad, being okey, being good, being very good. I feel great all the time whatever the way I am doing.
Now, I feel great while I am bad. I feel great while I am good. I feel great all the time.
Thank you God, you enlighten me to GREATNESS.

Be happy NO MATTER WHAT!

This European New Year Eve was a wonderful one. I was watching on BBC and CNN. The way people make it looks great in Sidney, New York and London … it was nice celebrations. But Dubai I have bold memory. I said, Dubai really celebrated this New Year with the real “Being happy NO MATTER WHAT”. Dubai celebrated while one of the biggest buildings near to the center was burning. It was really sad news with many people wounded. Dubai choices to celebrate The New Year on time anyway. May God bless our world with peace and prosperity.

The Strangest Secret

“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them.”George Bernard Shaw

The Eye and the Eyebrow

Some one said about himself in a humble manner, “The eye is
not above the eyebrow”, and so I answered him:
“Nevertheless, the eye is of so much more importance that
you cannot compare the two.” The eye is the source of sight
and is of great usefulness, but the eyebrow is only for
decoration even though it is above the eye. I have given a
similar reply when it has been said to me that the crown is
above the head.

Diagnose BEFORE You PRESCRIBE

Although it's risky and hard, seek first to understand, or diagnose before you prescribe, is a correct principle manifest in many areas of life. It's the mark of all true professionals. It is critical for the optometrist, it's critical for the physician. You wouldn't have any confidence in a doctor's prescription unless you had confidence in the diagnosis.  It is very critical for the Librarian. You may waste more time and tired before getting a clue where and from which documents you will get the information you need unless you tell the librarian what are you going to do and what type of information you need for that in detail.

If you don't have confidence in the diagnosis, you won't have confidence in the prescription.   This principle is also true in sales. An effective sales person first seeks to understand the needs, the concerns, and the situation of the customer. The amateur salesman sells products; the professional sells solutions to needs and problems. It's a totally different approach. The professional learns how to diagnose, how to understand  He also learns how to relate people's needs to his products and services. And, he has to have the integrity to say, "My product or service will not meet that need" if it will not.

Diagnosing before you prescribe is also fundamental to law. The professional lawyer first gathers the facts to understand the situation, to understand the laws and precedents, before preparing a case. A good lawyer almost writes the opposing attorney's case before he writes his own.

It's also true in product design. Can you imagine someone in a company saying, "This consumer research stuff is for the birds? Let's design products." In other words, forget understanding the consumer's buying habits and motives—just design products. It would never work.

A good engineer will understand the forces, the stresses at work, before designing the bridge. A good teacher will assess the class before teaching. A good student will understand before he applies. A good parent will understand before evaluating or judging. A good Librarian listen the user’s need for information and the purpose of the information; and will direct the user to the relevant information resources accordingly.

MAGIC Happens from CLEARLY DEFINED Goals

This is one of the most important secrets of life in physical reality. Have you ever wished that you could rub a lantern, release a genie and have all your dreams come true? That genie lives inside your brain, waiting to be awakened by the forceful commitment to your goals.

Remember this: your subconscious mind is the servant of your conscious thoughts. You have drawn to yourself all of the events and conditions of your life according to your beliefs and decisions. And remember this, for it has been proven time and time again: whatever you honestly believe about the world, your subconscious mind will draw to you in your reality.

Believe that you are poor, and you will experience lack; believe that you are blessed with prosperity, and abundance will magically flow to you. Skeptical? You should be. But before you dismiss these truths, give it a shot, for you will be honestly shocked by the results.

There are simple, definite steps to follow in order to convince your mind to manifest your desires:

1.    Decide precisely what you want. The more specific you are, the easier it is for your subconscious mind to serve up what you desire. If, for example, you want a new job, decide exactly what you want to be doing, how much you will earn, and where you will work. Of course, you will always leave the details open to change, but this exercise convinces your subconscious that you are at least serious about your desires.
2.        Write down your goal. The act of writing down your goal serves to clarify exactly what you want. It has been proven time and time again that people with written goals are far more successful in reaching them.

3.        Repeat this goal to yourself several times throughout the day. Create a short statement of your goal which you can imprint onto your mind whenever you get the chance. Simply begin with the phrase “I am now attracting...” and add your goal to the end. Or try “I am blessed with...” and add whatever you desire. You don’t even have to believe this will work. Simply repeat it to yourself whenever you have a spare moment and wait for the magic to begin.

HOW TO BECOME A POWERFUL SOURCE OF GOOD

I hope that I have impressed upon you the truth that you are in full control of the direction of your life. Through the power of your thoughts you literally create the experiences of your life. This is an incredibly liberating state of mind, but also one that entails a great deal of responsibility.

You must realize that you are personally responsible for every aspect of your experience: the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. It is you, and only you, who has chosen to use your mind in whichever way you have in order to create your experiences. Obviously you had a lot of help learning how to accept limiting beliefs from your parents, your relatives, your educators, your friends and enemies. But ultimately, you have always been free to accept any belief you wish.

So you must stop blaming anybody, or any outside circumstances, for anything in your life with which you are unhappy. And you must stop blaming yourself.

All that is necessary is to purposefully change those aspects of your life with which you are unhappy. Instead of asking “why is this not better?” ask “how can I make this better?” Take responsibility for your life, your wealth, and your happiness. Decide to make it better.

Do not believe that wealth will free you from responsibility. As a person who understands the power of properly directed conscious focus, you are in a unique position to help those all around you who are victims of their own misguided energy. You are doubly responsible to share of your unique spirit to make our planet a more hospitable place. With your wealth, and with your creativity, you owe it to all of humanity to accept the challenge of improving circumstances that are not to your liking. Be bold.  Be daring. Accept the infinite wealth from God, and accept the responsibility that comes with wealth. With this attitude you can be a truly powerful source of good on this planet.

MONEY WILL NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY!

If you expect to be happy with your money, you must realize that it is not money that will make you happy. It is only your enthusiasmyour energy, your hope, and your love that will truly satisfy you. You want to live your life with a certain level of power and control, with true passion, and from this energy money will flow to you. It is vital not to view money as the key to your happiness, but as a side-effect of your happiness. If you are truly enjoying life, and doing what you wish, money will effortlessly flow to you.
